New Tooth!!

Finally...a new tooth!! Tooth #5 broke through today. Hopefully Elliana will be able to chew more food soon (though she does pretty good for as few teeth as she has).

Then cleaned his face with a wipe when he was done eating.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We had another wonderful Thanksgiving with family. Mommy had to work Wednesday night, so she spent the day sleeping. Ellie and daddy spent the morning with Grandpa Frank. Elliana loved watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and eating turkey. We all met at Grandma and Grandpa's for a yummy turkey dinner, which Elliana devoured! This year Ellie decided that everyone is thankful for her (it's true).
She enjoyed looking at some of the Black Friday ads with Grandma.
Grandpa and Ellie "shared" a cup of coffee after dinner. Yes, she actually likes coffee, but mommy and daddy won't let her have it!
Elliana loved seeing her "dog-dog" Benny again. They had a ton of fun playing!
Finally, what mommy and daddy are thankful for this year - our family.

Fall Fun

Playing in the leaves is so much fun! Ellie had a great time this afternoon playing in the leaves with her friends, Carter and Avery. They loved destroying the big pile of leaves!

Fort Liberty Playland

Today was a beautiful Indian summer day. Mommy and Elliana took full advantage and enjoyed an afternoon at Fort Liberty Playland. We had a great time! Ellie loved swinging...
Running...
Climbing...
Making friends with another little girl...
And playing.
It was a great fall day spent playing outside. Hopefully we will have a few more nice days before winter sets in!

Trick or Treat 2010

For Halloween this year, Elliana dressed up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. Grandma made her costume, and it looked amazing! Grandma, Grandpa, and Grandpa Frank all came over to pass out candy and see Elliana all dressed up. Ellie loved passing out candy. She watched Grandpa for a little while, then figured out that when people said "trick or treat" she was supposed to put candy in their bags. She actually helped hand out candy! Adorable!

Pumpkin Patch

This fall we took Elliana to several pumpkin patches. The first time didn't go so well. She was petrified of the pumpkins. I think it might have something to do with the pumpkin trauma from last fall. Here is a picture of why she is traumatized by pumpkins.

The second time around went much better. We had a nice family day picking out pumpkins. Ellie loved playing at the pumpkin patch.
